They take the time to truly understand your business and how your current processes work to identify your pain points and come up with a plan to reduce or eliminate those pain points through packaging materials, automation, and equipment.
Our sales support team works closely with the sales team, warehouse team, and our supplier partners to ensure that your order process is seamless and easy. The number one priority is making sure that you get what you need, when you need it. This team is dedicated to identifying potential issues before they happen, and are committed to returning calls and inquiries within 2 business hours.
Our warehouse team works to ensure you get what you need on time and in the condition you expect it to arrive. They partner with freight carriers to get you the best freight rates. Items are thoroughly inspected for damage upon receipt into our facility and again before they leave the facility. All of our warehouse orders ship within 24 hours, with most orders placed by noon able to ship same day.
Robert has a unique ability to see a customer’s needs from every perspective. He is self taught, growing exponentially throughout his successful career through determination and dedication to continuous improvement. While holding many different positions throughout his career he acquired his unique skills through action and self-determination. Starting as a factory line laborer, he quickly advanced to forklift operator, then machine operator, trainer, production manager, plant manager, purchasing, designing production lines, equipment and materials sales, and eventually CEO. He can add “Inventor” to the list as he holds 3 patents!
When it comes to understanding a customer’s needs, he has been in their position and can relate. Bob looks at every project from the customer’s viewpoint (because he can!) and will never make a recommendation he wouldn’t utilize himself.
Above all, Bob is a God loving, father of three amazing daughters and two grandsons with a sense of duty to do what is right.
Matthew is CFO at Ace Packaging after having served as CFO & Controller previously at another Chicago land distribution company. He received his BA from Robert Morris College and brings over 20 plus years of accounting and management experience. His goals are to have a strong commitment to continuous improvements, actively seeking new knowledge and strategies to enhance efficiency and quality in all projects. Matthew believes is a collaborative team approach and the adaptability to change. When away from the office, Matthew roots for the Chicago White Sox, loves live music, and likes to take his Jeep Wrangler Rubicon off-road on any and every trail he can find.
Rachel Kubat has been with Ace Packaging Solutions since 2018 and serves as the Vice President of Operations. With over 15 years of experience in solution-oriented customer service and operations, Rachel excels in problem-solving and relationship-building, which are central to her professional and personal endeavors. In her leisure time, she enjoys being with her husband, Matt, their son, Owen, and their two cats, Luke and Leia. Rachel is passionate about crafting, singing karaoke, and is actively involved as an administrator of her neighborhood book club and a board member of her village’s Parks and Recreation Commission.
Bekky joined the Ace Packaging team in January 2022 as Warehouse Manager. She has held multiple roles since then including Shipping and receiving, Customer Service, and Client Care. With over 18 years of experience in fast-paced, customer service and operations positions, Bekky can creatively solve customer concerns urgently. Bekky is success-driven and, after building the racking, implemented initiatives that have increased warehouse efficiency. With family in Tennessee, Colorado, and England, she enjoys traveling whenever possible. When home, she enjoys making realistic miniature creations.
Claire is the creative force behind 2CMedia Photography, specializing in content creation, photography, and online marketing. With a keen eye for visual storytelling and a strategic approach to digital marketing, she helps businesses connect with their audiences in authentic and impactful ways.
When she’s not behind the camera or crafting marketing strategies, you can find her training MMA, hanging out with her three cats, or indulging in a well-earned donut. Claire has also been a key player in Ace’s blogs and marketing ventures for the past two years, bringing her expertise to their content strategy.
Brad Weymouth, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, has assumed the role of Sales and Training Manager. His expertise in cultivating strong customer relationships and his impressive track record in successful sales strategies make him a vital asset to the company. With Brad Weymouth’s addition, the company is poised to enhance its sales strategies and broaden its market reach, thereby maintaining its status as a leading distributor of packaging solutions. His inclusion in the Ace Packaging team underscores the company’s dedication to strengthening its operations and delivering high-quality services to its clients.
Karen Jorgensen joined Ace Packaging in March 2019. She brings over 30 years of experience in the packaging industry to the Ace Team with a strong focus in flexible films. Karen worked as Regional Manager for Pactiv’s Industrial Films group before transitioning to distribution sales in 2009. She enjoys building relationships with her customers and always strives to provide exceptional service and support. She is committed to helping her customers achieve their packaging goals and never turns down a new challenge. She is very appreciative of the Ace Team who help build and strengthen those partnerships with on time deliveries and exceptional support. Karen is the proud mother of two sons, Michael and Joe, and loves gardening, reading, and spending time with her family and taking walks with her dog, Bailey.
Burt is a seasoned National Account Manager with over thirty years of experience in packaging sales. He specializes in primary and secondary packaging solutions, including Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP), custom corrugated solutions, and protective packaging. Burt is dedicated to collaborating with customers to enhance their cash flow and bottom line through Just-In-Time (JIT) product management. He holds a BA in Marketing from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois. Outside of work, Burt enjoys fishing and has completed numerous endurance events, including the Ironman triathlon in Madison, Wisconsin, in 2006.
Jeff joined Ace Packaging Solutions in 2022. Prior to Ace, Jeff was a partner in Facility Supply Systems that was merged into Ace Packaging Solutions. He brings 35 years experience of distribution packaging sales, specializing in Air Cargo and National Accounts. His current passion is creating and marketing Sustainable PE films and packaging products. He has been working on Biodegradable films and PCR products for the Air Cargo industry for the last 4 years. Jeff enjoys the great working relations he has formed with his National Account base and coming up with cutting edge solutions to solve problems.
Ryan began his career after graduating from University of Illinois with a focus on business and customer relationship development, soon finding his niche in the packaging industry. Over the years, he has built a strong track record in new business development, helping companies streamline their packaging operations while delivering responsive, high‑level service. His experience spans a wide range of packaging solutions, allowing him to support clients with both technical insight and practical problem‑solving. Ryan joined Ace in early 2026 as a Packaging Specialist, partnering with manufacturers and distributors to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, watching and playing sports, and exploring new places around the Chicagoland area.
With over 22 years of experience in customer service, Crystal brings a deep understanding of client needs and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional support. Throughout her career, she has developed strengths in communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution, consistently turning challenges into positive outcomes. She takes pride in building lasting relationships with customers, maintaining professionalism in fast-paced environments, and contributing to team success through reliability and a positive attitude. Her experience has equipped her to adapt quickly, handle complex situations with confidence, and ensure every interaction leaves a lasting, positive impression.
Outside of work, she loves spending my time enjoying live music at concerts and cheering on her favorite teams: the Chicago Bears and the Chicago White Sox. She’s also a proud fur mom to five dogs, who keep life fun, busy, and full of love every day.
